About your Memorial Glass Heart

Our talented artists will
incorporate your pets ash into a solid beautiful heart. Just like us, no
two will be alike. Each heart will be hand-sculpted, unique in shape, color,
and design.
Sizes will range from
3.5"-4".
Each Memorial Glass Heart comes
with a stand.
Engraving -
Your Pet's name will be
engraved on the bottom of the heart, so please leave the name you would like in
the comment area at check-out. This can be your loved one’s first name or nick
name. To opt out of this option please leave “none” in the comment area. (Please
see the photo at the end of the photo collection for an example).
Shipping and Order Times -
After you place your online
order, we will mail you a kit to collect the cremains with directions to mail it
back to us. The kit will include a flat rate envelope with a return label for
your convenience. There will be a $25 charge in addition to the initial
shipping charge.
*If you choose Free Local Pick-up,
you can pick up the kit in our gallery Tue-Sun 9am-5pm.

The Collection Process of
Your Pet's Cremains
We understand that this
process may be exceedingly difficult for you. We encourage you to invite a
friend to help you through this process. The amount needed for one memorial
glass item is just a teaspoon, and we provide you with the necessary items in
the kit to collect with ease.
What we do with the Remaining Cremains –
You have an option to either request shipping of the remaining cremains for an additional $25 charge, or we can make you a small clear remnant glass item for no charge. This item will be clear in color and will include your loved one’s ash giving it darker spots of color and bubbles. During the glassblowing process, we will stamp your loved one’s first name initial into the bottom as identification.
You can select your choice in the drop down titled * Remaining Cremains beneath the * Color Options.
Our promise to you –
We assign your order a
unique number to ensure integrity throughout the storage, creation, and
shipment of your memorial glass. The bottom of your piece will have a letter
initial stamped into it during the glassblowing process, this is generally the
first letter of your loved one’s name. We package your order carefully and send
you the tracking information. We promise to treat your Pet's ash with love & respect.
